With more than a decade of experience supporting public-sector operations, organizational initiatives, community engagement, and cross-functional projects, Sonya brings both structure and practical execution to the work. She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM®), with experience coordinating stakeholders, improving workflows, developing processes, managing compliance-driven work, and moving projects from planning through implementation.
Her approach is grounded in a simple belief: good ideas need more than enthusiasm—they need clarity, ownership, timelines, communication, and follow-through.
